How long will my grooming take?

For my short haired cat?

1 - 2 Hours

For short haired cats this depends on how cooperative our feline friend is. Cats tend to get very stressed out during there visit considering, they are not huge fans of unwanted attention, or of course baths. I like to take my time so that kitty is as comfortable as possible during his/her visit.

For my long haired cat?

2 - 3 Hours

Same as for short haired cats, long haired cats are not fans of unwanted attention or baths as well. Long haired cats also take time to dry coat. I usually kennel dry them for 15 minutes just to get a base dry on there coat. Cats are not fond of blow drying so I find it safer to let them de-stress after bath time in a kennel with a natural fan. Something that wont scare them. I like to keep the blow-drying minimal for cats.

     For my bath dog?

1 - 1.5 Hours

Bath dogs generally go pretty fast unless Fido is very defiant you can almost be sure he/she wont be longer then 1.5 hours. 

 

For my full groom dog?

1.5  -  2 Hours

This depends a lot on the breed, and how cooperative the dog is. Generally speaking at most your pampered pet will be done in 2 hours. However heavily matted, flea infested,  aggressive, fearful, or heavy double or triple coated dogs will take longer to brush out and dry, and I do not skip out on any steps on making sure they are done right! So these breeds will be closer to 3 - 4 hours, and your Samoyed's, St. Bernards, and extra large and fluffy breeds will generally spend some time here at the salon. That being said just know that.

NO PET SPENDS MORE THEN 30 MINUTES IN A KENNEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When pets are done being pampered they are either in my lap, on a lead fastened to the wall (in the front with me) with walking and laying room, or put in a puppy play area while they wait for there parents to arrive. Pets are not kept in crates unless needed!!!!!
